Megaflip is a private company set up in 1991. Its main activity is to provide advisory services to governmental entities, corporate and individual clients. The company has a permanent and associated staff of highly qualified experts with a broad range of expertise and experience in working with governmental entities, private and state-owned companies, as well as with non-governmental organizations.

The Company’s activities focus on:
• Business advisory services (business plans, feasibility studies, market studies, searching foreign partners for co-operation in production, domestic and international product distribution and joint-ventures) ;
• Advisory services for SMEs (advisory services to entrepreneurs for start-ups, advisory to SMEs for their development and marketing strategies) ;
• Grant funds management including: project identification, evaluation, selection, contracting, monitoring and evaluation;
• Advisory services for the design and implementation of local/regional development projects: project identification, development, monitoring and evaluation ;
• Advisory services for the design and implementation of employment measures;
• Advisory services in relation to business opportunities in Romania ;
• Advisory services for foreign companies interested in relocating their operations in Romania ;
• Project management.
Recent developments
Since 2004, Megaflip is the lead of BRAG- “The Business Relocation Advisory Group” set-up to provide full packages of consulting services for foreign companies interested in relocating their operations in Romania . Within BRAG, and besides providing the management of the group, Megaflip also provides the business related advisory services while the other companies in BRAG complement these services with complementary services such as: accounting and audit , legal, and human resources recruitment and management.

• Experience
Megaflip’s experience covers a wide range of advisory projects with most of them ultimately aiming at business development in Romania . Its experience covers working, on one hand, on projects initiated and implemented by governmental and non-governmental organizations and on the other side, on mandates assigned by private companies (Romanian and foreign). Its recent year’s experience was significantly increased through its involvement in projects mainly linked and aiming at local and regional development. Acting as one of the pioneers in an area which is currently developing in Romania , i.e. specialized advisory services for promoting the local and regional development, the company got a thorough understanding of the difficulties which the country faces as a result of the massive restructuring process underway.
• Adaptability to local environment Based on its track record, the company is used to working in difficult environments (e.g. the mining regions), and has the ability to work with local authorities and the main players at local and regional level.
• Excellent contacts and working relationships with international consulting companies As most of the large consulting projects carried-out by Megaflip have required a mix of expertise (international and local), the company has set-up business relations with a large number of international firms. Working in cooperation with foreign consulting companies gave Megaflip and its teams, the capability and the ability to smoothly, timely and efficiently perform projects activities even if the joint teams comprise experts with different cultures and professional backgrounds.
• Easiness in working under international donor programs The Company has extensive experience in carrying-out projects financed by international donors and a deep knowledge of their specific implementation procedures.
• Specialized team The company permanent and associated staff’s experience covers project management, business development, privatization, restructuring, establishment of joint ventures with foreign companies, fund management, institutional development, local/regional development, active employment measures, public relations, market research studies for a wide range of products, foreign trade operations.
• Flexibility and mobility Most of the projects undertaken by the company are outside the location of its headquarters in Bucharest. The company is thus used to provide services by organizing on-site work and has a team with a high mobility all over Romania.
